This piece has some nice points to it. What I particularly like is the way you rendered the hair it looks beautiful and natural. The rendering on the face is fairly nice, however the proportions of her face are quite off. If you notice for starters her head is too small for the body and it makes the neck appear much thicker and larger then it should be. With that the ear also comes down too far towards the jawline. Maybe based off the reference image her cheek bone would be that sharp but it seems a bit unnatural. It seems like the edge you painted for the shadow where it dips back into her face is a bit too hard where it should be slightly softer to round out that form. There are a couple more issues with the forehead not coming out far etc but I think you understand the point. For three hours it's definitely not a bad attempt. For next time you should make sure you sweep over the image again when you feel it's correct and make sure everything lines up properly! But hey that's what practice is for right?
